Hi, i live in laos, where there is only one vet, and he is gone this week. My dog has an eye infection: red eyes, and this kind of puss that is coming out. I think it is conjunctitis. Help, before it gets worse. Anyone who knows something about this, or has had the same experience, please help! rinse it out everyday with water and when the vet comes bk go asap to get treatment or you could go to a pet shop and ask advice on what medication could be used until the vet comes bk

Can you purchase gentamycin eye drops at the pharmacy?If so use them 4 times a day but if it is more serious than an infection,say a deep scratch,he needs more care than antibiotic drops.Do you know any dog friendly people doctors to look at his eyes?

Terramycin is an antibiotic salve that is meant for the eyes. You can order it online at one of the many pet sites. I know that http://www.jefferspet.com carries it.
