I am currently living in Oklahoma and want to hunt in Missouri when I go up there, after I take the hunting education classes here in Oklahoma will the let me hunt in Missouri? Or would I have to take the classes there in MO? And would I laos have to buy a permit/license for both? Or just one of them?

The hunter safety class should be transferable. To be on the safe side, I would contact the MO Dept of Conservation. http://www.mdc.mo.gov/ Any deer tags (over the counter) are $175 & doe tags are $7 Do be aware that even more counties have just announced going to the 4 point on a side rule for bucks.
