They are Laos. Hmong and Mien refugee who studied in the PASS school of The Consortium of Save the Children Federation, World Education and The Experiment in International Living, in the year 1990, at Phanat Nikhom Refugee Camp in Chonburi (Cholburi) province of Thailand.
