I am living in Thailand. I have known this old American man for a year now. He used to live in Thailand for over 20 years,but he is now living in Laos. He claims he does not like trafic, pullution, and fast life in BKK. He loves Laos because it quiet, peaceful, and easy going. Recently, he visited Thailand. He talked to me and all I heard what he said, Laos bangkers always give him less money, Laos people steal things from him. I am just wondering how true is it? 5 stars hotel mailed something for him the other days, but I thought it's just an advertisement so I putted them in trash can. Moreover, I thought he would not come back to Thailand for a while and no points to keep it. Surprisingly, he came last week and asking me for the envelop, he said, it's some hotel credits. He said, he is scared to ask them to mail to Laos because people will steal this from him. I was like "OH NO". Anyway, I told him I did not see it, but I will search for it around here. Then, I seriously think I did put them in the trashcan unintentionally so I wrote him an e-mai, apologize for dump his stuff in trashcan. But no respond, my question is will he think I steal his stuff? OH GOD????

No he will just think that you didn't think he would come back. I would just not same anything just put it down to the Thai Post.
