Go to Mien.net or iumien.com, these are some good sites that many Mien people go to. The other option would be to go to some of the Mien communities and speak to the mien people there. I dont know how its done, but all Mien people seem to know each other. Throw out enough names, places, and dates and you'll have someone who knows someone, or someones cousin, etc.
